The Project
A Type Specimen Book design for FF Bau, designed by Christian Schwartz and licensed by FontFont Type Foundry. This book was design in Adobe InDesign 2018, whilst all diagrams were design in Adobe Illustrator 2018.
FF Bau is a large workhorse family of sans-serif typefaces in the "Grotesk" genre. The design is from Christian Schwartz, inspired by the Grotesk types cast by the Schelter and Giesecke foundry in Leipzig, Germany. In this project, I was challenged to make a Type Specimen for FontFont's FF Bau. Here are some pages from the booklet.
